If we just accept what we see on television, in commercials that promise to reduce our suffering with certain illnesses, yet they end with a quick stream of horrible side effects, we would begin to believe that illness is just a part of life and is just what happens.
But it doesn’t have to be that way. Yes, we may have deficiencies that have been caused by nutrient and vitamin deficits, but that doens’t mean illnesses can’t be reversed. Our bodies can heal themselves, when given the opportunity. Nourish your body with as many leafy greens and vegetables as possible. Eat as much real food as possible and reduce the rest.
You don’t have to accept not feeling well. Start making small changes and eat something that will nourish your body.

All of the effort you put into eating right and improving your health is worth it! When you begin to feel better and look great, you’ll come to see that it’s definitely worth the time you put into it.
