My new journey so far has been great!
I started this journey on November 4, 2018. Once I adjusted to the process, it became easy. After that, I really didn’t have the desire to eat the wrong foods, anymore. I’m not saying that I don’t ever want chocolates or a good juicy hamburger every once in a while, but I’ve realized that I will feel tired and sluggish if I give in. Truthfully, I feel bad physically any time I eat the wrong foods. So, I’ve gotten to the point where I want to avoid feeling that way, again.
This process even helps me financially and mentally to stay on track because now I take the time to prepare my food for lunch, etc. Since I started this journey, I have lost 22 pounds.
So, this is working for me. To help me stay focused, I take the time each day to pray that God continues to give me the mindset to eat right. I anoint and pray over my stomach – that it doesn’t growl unnecessarily.
I feel so much better spiritually, mentally, and physically. Trust me it is Worth the Weight!!!!
