In this monthly group coaching program, I will help you make some mindset shifts needed to heal and ultimately, lose weight. During this class, I will help you start the process of shifting to a healthy lifestyle. You’ll know exactly what to do to reach your health goals.
Here’s what to expect:
- We’ll meet via Zoom (see access details below)
- The session will run about 1 1/2 to 2 hours. (Please plan to minimize your distractions during this time.)
- You’ll receive free electronic resources designed to help you assess and address your eating habits and emotional triggers
- You’ll receive a free meal planning template to help you prepare your week for healthy eating
- Every session will be recorded, and you’ll have access to the replay
