This book changed my life! For the first time, it helped me gain an understanding of why I struggled with my weight for so many years. It was a true eye-opener.
In addition to being informational, it was very inspiring. Dr. Gundry’s own life story, plus that of his patients gave me new hope that I could finally heal my body and lose weight, naturally. I read it and started my health journey a week after I finished.
